| Back to Resources Armstrong Management Services, Inc. is the Management agent for the
homeowners association. Regular assessment fees are collected to pay
for the community's contractual services, such as common grounds
maintenance, repairs and trash removal.
The Association maintains a comprehensive general liability policy for
the common elements of the community, plus hazard insurance for community
owned (common area) property. The insurance carrier is CAU; 1 (800) 228-6640.
